Scope and Contents
This collection is composed primarily of correspondence, as well as budget records, newspaper clippings, press relases, and scientific collecting permits. The collection documents the activities of Director of the Los Angeles Museum of History, Science, and Art, Frank S. Daggett from 1911-1920 and incldues correspondence regarding Hancock Park and Rancho La Brea, collecting expeditions to Alaska and Africa, and includes correspondence with Theodore Roosevelt.
